Delivery - We only currently deliver to the UK. As a new UK company we are establishing the brands here first but we are looking into adding other countries so will update this information as and when that happens.
Orders will be processed within 2 days of receiving payment and sent out using the chosen shipping method.
In the event of a product going out of stock during your order process we will refund the items which are missing.
For HW natural products there may be delays with some products due to delays with me receiving the raw ingredients.
I will update the stock on the shop as quickly as i can to keep it current.
Payments - payments are made using the Paypal express checkout attached to the shop. Please note we have added a flat rate postage & packaging option to each shop screen at the bottom. Please select this as an item so it adds it to your order if you forget to add it your order will be held and we will send you a paypal invoice to cover the costs before sending.
Privacy - HW NAIL SYSTEMS do not hold any credit card details as all orders are processed via the Paypal cart so rest assured these details will not be shared or sold to 3rd parties by HW NAIL SYSTEMS. We will only ever contact you to discuss your order or payment.
All information we have about you will be used lawfully and in accordance with the data protection act (1998)
Refunds/Cancellation - Orders can only be cancelled before they leave us not after. In the event you wish to return the products this will be at a cost to you and we take no responsibility for missing parcels on their return. Products must be in their original packaging and unopened to prevent cross contamination. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we feel the products have been used in any way. Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund to be considered. HW NATURAL BEAUTY products (whipped body butter/scrubs/bath salts/cuticle oils/massage & body oil) will not be included in this policy as they are handmade to order.
All sales of these are final.
Missing/Damaged goods - Claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within 48hrs of receiving. If your are returning damaged goods you must inform us so we can assign a reference number for you to put in your order. After an inspection we will decide if a refund is applicable.
Time off/holidays - As HW NAIL SYSTEMS is currently a small family run business there may be times where the online shop has no items on to prevent orders being processed. This will be likely if we are on a family holiday etc. Please join the HW NAIL SYSTEMS facebook group as i will always announce any time off coming up in there.
